Nancy Lee Grahn

When I watched General Hospital it had a special touch when Alexis was in it. During the time when Christina was alive, by the way I loved that plot line, and Alexis had her split personality thing going on, the chemistry between her an Sonny was outstanding and I grew to love Alexis Davis. I then saw roles of Nancy Lee Grahn, in shows like Seventh Heaven, which is amazing because if I was not an avid fan of general hospital, I would not have even had noticed her in that show. She is talented, even though I think that her roles in General Hospital is getting a bit redundant. 'she's married, then she not, she's with this person then she's not' I mean I haven't been glued to the TV as I used to in those stages of GH, but if I do turn on the TV to watch GH, I still look forward to seeing her, because she is one genuine actress.

I have watched this lovely actress work on soaps and in guest roles in various shows, including Babylon 5, where she was a Minbari playwright and poet.



Under all the latex, Ms. Grahn was able to connect and pull folks into her character's story, which as a guest, turned into Delynn's story. Still, without the extra bell and whistles, the woman is a great actress who can make any material shine. Just tune into her current show, the once-proud General Hospital, and see how she takes a two minute scene and gives it a spark and texture. Sadly, she usually seems alone in doing that, but that is a rant for another place.



The woman plays smart, savvy gals who make their own rules and the world ends up compromising a bit more than she.



In a tv world where the young and those not afraid to bare nearly everything seems to be prevailing, Ms. Grahn can still be sexy, smart, tough, and everything else folks like about their favorite characters- including flawed!- and still act circles around many around her.



This woman needs her own cadre of writers so that she can be showcased as the Emmy-nominated actress she is.

Nancy Lee Grahn is an excellent actress. Her work on General Hospital is truly amazing, she is the only reason why I watch the show. She makes you get into her character and makes you feel what she is feeling. Many actors/actresses can not do that and that is what makes her so great. She is also a wonderful person; she participates in charities and has a great personality. She is a role model and she is a person you feel you want to be. She is truly incredible and I am proud to call myself a fan of Nancy's.
