Natalia Tena

Natalia played Desdemona in the Oxford Playhouse production of 'Othello'.

Natalia had most fun when filming the broomstick scenes for 'Order of the Phoenix'. She enjoyed it because of the enormous green screen set and the broom riding machine which she compared to riding a mechanical bull.

Natalia formerly played accordion and sang back up vocals for the band "Nat Jenkins and the Delmars". She now sings lead vocals for the band "Molotov Jukebox".

Based on her mood and what she's feeling, Natalia cuts and dyes her own hair.

Natalia's favourite scene to film in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix was when the Order flew to get Harry from the Dursleys. She also liked Professor Umbridge and how everything was pink.

Natalia's nickname is Thalia.

Natalia won the "Feelie" award for 'Best New Face.'

Natalia's parents are named Jesus and Maria Tena.

Natalia played the lead in Nights at the Circus until the end of April 2006.

Natalia attended the audition for Tonks completely last moment; she had no idea who she was auditioning for and on late arrival she tripped over a table. The director however found it amusing and decided she was what he was looking for.

Natalia was approached for her role in About a Boy after she was seen drinking and smoking by a teacher. At the time, she had dreadlocks and piercings so the casting agency decided she was perfect for the role.

Natalia appeared as Vera in the 2005 movie, The Fine Art of Love: Mine Ha-Ha.

Natalia received a scholarship to the University of Notre Dame Australia in Fremantle, Australia to study Philosophy and Psychology.

Prior to being cast as Nymphadora Tonks in the Harry Potter movies, Natalia had not read any of the books in the series. On reading the books she decided that the 'Prisoner of Azkaban' and the 'Goblet of Fire' were her favourites.

Natalia can play the piano, violin, and accordion.

Natalia appeared in the play Bronte and an adaptation of Gone to Earth. She only knew about the Gone to Earth audition until half an hour before it started.

Natalia is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish and English.
