I saw Nate Torrance often in both the Indiana/Ohio and Iowa markets before moving back to the west coast. His light weight comedy both in commercials and featured roles is delightful, especially now that he is the king of the domino effect. I would like to see Nate do drama and some more meaty comedy. Though my son and I are over 6' tall, Nate would take a good family picture. He has a lot of potential and with the right direction he can become more than a superfluous comedian. Having had many years on stage and a few "B" movies on my resume as well as a B.F.A. and two masters, I think my evaluation of Nate is, at least, an educated judgement. I wonder where Nate took his training? Who is his agent? Does he do any stage work?
I also hope he doesnt get caught into type-casting as a stumble-bum, pratfalls are funny but after a while they are limiting.
