Mal has so much depth. Caleb is pretty single minded. I truly love watching Nathan as Caleb and Caleb is my favorite Buffy Bad Boy, but Mal is a character that I can truly love.
That being said, Nathan was definitely awesome as Caleb. It's evident that he really enjoyed the role as well. It also illustrates his range.
You're right. His role in
Dracula 2000 was small. Originally, he was considered for the role of Marcus (Omar Epps). The director was so impressed with his acting that he gave him the smaller role simply to have him in the film, though. The role was larger, but some of it ended up on the cutting room floor.
Ok. I know way too much about Nathan, don't I?
