Forums: Neil Flynn Board: Janitors Real Name?

I think that in the series finale that they should finally reveal the janitors real name. That would be really cool. Any thoughts?

Bill Lawrence has said that the janitors name and all other loose ends will be tied up, like todds sexuality

Unless they can come up with a really really good name for him i think its for the best to never reveal his name at all.

I agree. I don't really want him to have a name, unless it is the most rocking name ever. I wouldn't mind if the janitor's name was Neil Flynn, but most people except that by now. And his name better not be Josh like in that tad bit of dialogue in the seventh season. Maybe his name will be Brown Haired Janitor so he can end up with blond-haired doctor That would be cute, but it's totally not happening.

If you want to get technical about it, the Janitor's name IS Neil Flynn because JD discovered that he acted in The Fugitive and as the actor in The Fugitive was Neil Flynn, that's the Janitor's name. I doubt highly that they will actually name him the same name as the actor who plays him, but that's his name if you burrow into the details. It's gonna be kinda weird if they DO name him. I mean, it's not like his name is going to be super special awesome or anything. You know what they are probably going to do? The Janitor is going to whisper his name into JD's ear and he is going to say something like "That's an awesome name!" but we, as the viewers, won't ever find out what it is. How irritating would that be?
