Nestor Serrano is an American stage and film actor. He was born in the Bronx in New York on 5 November 1955. Nestor studied computer science at Queens College, where he joined the drama club and discovered his passion for acting. He started his career in Harold Pinter's off-Broadway production of Diamonds; following it with stage roles in The Boys of Winter, Cuba, and His Teddy Bear. He also appeared on Broadway with Patrick Stewart in The Tempest. Serrano's first film role was as Julio in The Money Pit. He has been in dozens of films, including Brenda Starr, Lethal Weapon 2, I Love Trouble, The Day After Tomorrow, Definitely Maybe, and Act of Valour. Serrano is also well-known to television audiences, having appeared in shows like True Blue, The Hat Squad, Moloney, Witchblade, 24, and CSI; as well as Ugly Betty and 90201. He is married and lives in Manhattan with his wife and son.
