Nichelle Nichols

Nichelle Nichols is an actress best known for her role as Uhura in Star Trek TOS (The Original Series), as well as all Star Trek (TOS)series Motion Pictures. Nichelle is both beautiful and talented; and brave in her early career. She was critically received, as was the series, into main-stream television. In my opinion, her lasting presence in the Motion Picture Industry, and television series' is monument to the rise of African-American Actors/Actresses in the business. In Heroes, she plays the part of Nana Dawson. Nana, was first introduced to us in the 2nd season of Heroes, episode 3 "Kindred" The recurring role played by Nichelle Nichols, is an underlying theme of Star Trek series' actors appearing in the Heroes series.

The woman who had the chance to do the first interracial kiss on TV. She really knows how to act and how to fix the mistakes she do, when she has some. Even if she is getting older, she has so much talent that you want to see her again.
