Back in 2002, Nicole pleaded no contest to a drink driving charge after recording blood-alcohol levels of 0.12 and 0.13. On February 20, 2007, Nicole pleaded not guilty to for the December incident. Nicole did not appear in court, but entered her plea through her lawyer. On August 23, Nicole reported to Century Regional Detention Facility in California to start serving her sentence. She was released after only 82 minutes. She didnt even reach her jail cell. She spent that time being booked and taking a mugshot.
