Noel Fisher was born March 13, 1984 in Vancouver, Canada, and made his acting debut at the age of 14 as Sheldon Kennedy in the Sheldon Kennedy story, a true life tale of a young hockey player who was sexually abused by his coach. Growing up Fisher was active in extra-curricular classes, including dance, piano, art, and circus training. These experience contributed to development of versatility as an actor that keeps him in high demand for a range of roles: from a sensitive, emotionally scarred young man to a malevolent dog-killing teenager in Red (2008) to a tough Marine in The Pacific (2010). Over a period of less than 15 years, Fisher has accumulated more than 50 movie and television credits, including regular roles on shows such as You, Me and the Kids, Law and Order, and X-Men: Evolution, and appearances in movies such as Battle Los Angeles (2011) and Final Destination 2 (2003). He has recently been cast as an ancient Romanian vampire in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. Fisher is an animal lover and supports The Humane Society and Defenders of Wildlife. He currently lives in Los Angeles.
