No, it's not "Birthday Lunch," although I'm sure he's having one (he doesn't seem like he misses meals!). 
I used to be the person editor for Oliver at the old site prior to this TV.com one....and I just wanted to let anyone who was interested know that an English graphic designer friend of mine is launching a Platt fansite at http://www.Oliver-Platt.com on Oliver's 47th birthday (today!). I've seen the work so far, and it looks really nice; hope it turns out well..
My birthday wish for Oliver is MORE and BETTER film roles, damn it! He is sooooooo underused and limited by "Hollywood" typecasting......
TV isn't big enough for him! LOL -- I mean his talent!
