Born and raised in New York City, Paz de la Huerta has been acting since the tender age of four, having trained at the SoHo Children's Acting Studio. She continues to build on her impressive resume of acting credits with her role as rebellious teen Becca Donovan in "The Wonderful World of Disney" presentation of "Bailey's Mistake."
Last year Paz worked with Michael Caine, Tobey Maguire, and Charlize Theron in the Academy Award®-winning film "The Cider House Rules," from director Lasse Hallstrom. Her other feature film credits include "The Object of My Affection," with Jennifer Aniston, "The History of Luminous Motion," "Looking for an Echo," and "Chelsea Walls," directed by Ethan Hawke.
Paz also guest-starred on episodes of the television series "Law and Order," "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit," and "The Practice."
Aside from acting, Paz is a skilled artist, designer, and writer who enjoys listening to punk rock music. She currently resides in Tribeca, NY, with her mother and sister.
