New movie written by, directed by and starring Peter Paige gets WOWS on premier!
Peter Paige, one of the more openly gay characters both on and off screen, is an accomplished thespian and professional dancer. Rave reviews of his movie, "Say Uncle" may signal a further flourishing future after the last Queer As Folk airs on August 7th.
Paige plays a character named "Paul" who is functioning on a childlike level in adult society. Kathy Najimy (Veronica's Closet) is a judgemental, misunderstanding antagonist that Peter has written with such care that no one 'misunderstands' where she's coming from. It's where many of us may find ourselves in similar situations, whether we admit it or not, whether we actually see it or not.
Looking for a distributor at this time, remember the name and check on Peter's fan site(s) often to support him. After all, he's been awfully good to us by sharing his talent and his gentle honesty.
