Reporter: And you're enjoying your time on Stargate Atlantis ?
Rainbow Sun Francks: Best job I've ever had.
(When ask about what he will do before the production of the season 2 of Stargate Atlantis )
Rainbow Sun Francks: Writing songs, writing some screenplays that I started when I was about 18 or 19 years old that I want to finish, which I've never had time to work on. And to just say hello to my family and to grow as much as possible.
(when asked about his experience on Stargate Atlantis )
Rainbow Sun Francks: There's so much to learn: special effects makeup, visual effects, computer-generated stuff.
(Speaking of his experience with Paul McGillion and Rachel Luttrell)
Rainbow Sun Francks: Paul and Rachel are hilarious. I love doing scenes with them. I really enjoyed our time together in "The Eye" and "The Storm''.
Rainbow Sun Francks: Live within the moment. There is only now, enjoy.
(about how his family is into sci-fi)
Rainbow Sun Francks: We sit at Christmas, my sister, my father and I watch the entire Star Wars trilogy every year.
Rainbow: Sometimes I'll come in and say (to the director), "I don't understand this. It doesn't make sense." And they look at me and explain, "We go through wormholes.""
Rainbow: Science fiction is everything.
Rainbow: Just got back from Germany... Strange and awesome for me... the hotel I stayed at said I broke the door... I didn't and then tried to charge me like 200 euros... that's like $50,000 Canadian... F that!
Reporter: Everybody seems to be from Toronto or Vancouver!
Rainbow: Toronto or Vancouver, yeah, pretty much. Well those are the -- we have such a big land mass that everyone sort of picks the largest city that is closest to them.
Reporter: What was the toughest acting challenge of the season?
Rainbow: I think the toughest challenge for me has been being there and not having too much background.
Reporter: Is this the first time you've been out to England?
Rainbow: First time I've ever been out of North America -- so yeah, very exciting for me.
Reporter: In terms of working, has this been the toughest year of your life?
Rainbow: No. No, because it's been fun at the same time. I think it's been the toughest work, the most amount.
Reporter: In your honest opinion, do you feel the Powers That Be could've given both you and Aiden more than a single season to prove yourself and your importance to the series as a permanent fixture? As a regular?
Rainbow: I think, yes.
