Yes I did steal the begining from the actual constitution...well parts of it.

    The Roundtable Contstitution

We the people of the Roundtable, in order to form a more perfect table, establish fairness, provide for the jobbers, establish great matches, promote great storylines, and secure the blessings to ourselves and our status, do establish this Constitution for the Roundtable :

    Higher Power:

    • The Higher Power is the board of directors who will only interfere on certain occasions.
    • A new GM needs to be appointed (3/5 votes needed)
    • Current GM needs to be fired (3/5 votes needed)
    • GM request for new title or removal of title (3/5 votes needed)
    • GM request for permanent ban from the roundtable (3/5 votes needed)
    • Abuse of General powers
    • Act of "Posting overboard"

*Board of directors will have five members (so there will be no ties).

    • If a member should be removed from the board, the other 4 members need to come to a unanimous decision.
    • If a new member needs to be appointed the board will need to come to a unanimous decision.

    General Manager:

    *General manager has all powers

    • Match making
    • Power to strip the title
    • Power to suspend
    • request of permanent ban, removal of title, or creation of new title
    • Power to hand out punishment
    • Power to create new matches
    • Power to appoint co-GM or assistants
    • Power to lie, cheat, and steal
    • Appoints card-maker for each PPV and the updater of percentages.
    • GENERAL MANAGER IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE TV.COM CHAMPION OR U.S CHAMPION.
    • GM can hold tag team title but, cannot hold a singles title
    • GM is not allowed to change the requirement for mid-card, main eventers, or jobbers unless approved by the board.

    Amendments:

    • I. All titles must be defended at every PPV
    • II. Only the GM has powers to make or disapprove of matches
    • III. Only main eventers can compete for the TV.com Championship (excluding the GM)
    • IV. Only main eventers and mid-carders can compete for the U.s Championship (excluding GM)
    • V. Anyone can compete for the tag team titles
    • VI. All requests for a match must be done in red font color so it's obvious to the GM
    • VII. Only the GM can allow privileges of multiple matches per PPV (including Royal Rumble)
    • VIII. Title holders must display titles in signature
    • IX. Title holders must participate in feuds and storylines failure to so will result in an automatic 2 point deduction for the follow PPV.
    • X. #1 contenders will be named by GM
    • XI. If a Champion is defeated he/she/they has the right to a re-match.
    • XII. Rematches must take place, within 2 PPV's if not, you lose the rematch clause
    • XIII. If a Champion is defeated and loses status, he/she does not get a rematch clause. (ex. tv.com champion is defeated but falls to mid-card status)
    • XIV. One Roundtable thread per PPV (ex. no sign up thread, and then roundtable thread)
    • XV. All picks must be sent in by 12:00am to the card maker or Percentage updater Sunday morning. (GM will announce who to send picks to)
    • XVI. In a result of a tie, Champions will remain. GM will make decisions on challengers
    • XVII. Only GM can post match cards (to avoid confusion)
    • XVIII. Jobbers are defined as 20% and lower
    • XIX. Mid Carders are defined as 21% - %50
    • XX. Main eventers are defined as %50 and above

    Articles of Jobbers:

    • I. Jobbers must express themselves clearly (spell check would be helpful)
    • II. Jobbers can only compete for tag team titles
    • III. Jobbers will not have a limit on post count but, will be monitored by the GM and board.
    • IV. If GM or board feel that a jobber or certain jobbers are going overboard with posting, (1time) that jobber will not be able to participate in the following PPV, forfeits match, and loses %2 percentage points. (2 time) Jobber will not participate in following PPV, forfeits match and loses %4. (3time) Jobber will not participate in roundtable for 2 PPV's, and will lose %8 percentage points. (4time) Jobber WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE ROUNDTABLE!
    • V. Once a Jobber is removed from roundtable due to "Posting overboard" he can be reinstated after 6 PPV's (only the GM can make that decision)
    • VI. If any member feels like a jobber has been "Posting overboard" they can request to the GM or board for the Jobber to be one trial for the act of "Posting overboard".
    • VII. If the Jobber(s) has violated "Posting overboard" after review GM or board will give punishment based on # of offense.
    • VIII. GM will be the first one to handle the act of "Posting overboard"
    • IX. If Board feels that the GM is abusing his power or avoiding the act of "Posting overboard" the board will over rule the GM. (3/5votes needed)
