Rebecca: (on the reaction after finish filming the movie Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation) I'm actually just realizing where I have been and what I have been through in the last months. I'm going through some post-shock
Rebecca: (on the fast pace of the entertainment industry) Understanding time and how to use it. I'm still young, but this business moves so fast, and I am grateful for the progress I've made in it.
Rebecca: (on how study music influence her acting) I don't particularly think that study influenced my acting.
Rebecca: My life is in my backpack, and the experiences I've had – and being open to them – creates the dynamic that allows me to work on my characters.
Rebecca: (on learning from fellow actors) While I can't hear anyone saying something specific, what I do is study the actors around me. I always apply behaviors, manners and thoughts in my creation, and how the others do that is what I observe as well.
Rebecca: (on training to do her stunts in the movie Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation) Once I got the part, and arrived in London, a car brought me right to the gym. [laughs] The schedule became six hours of training a day, six days a week, but it was part of my working day. For example, Pilates for a couple hours, then lunch, then a cardio workout and then two hours of action choreography. Each type of film sequence would have its own workout procedure.
Rebecca: (on feeling Swedish and English) I do [feel Swedish]. And I feel English as well which is why I like the combination when I can do an English film and speak a bit of Swedish. It's a mish-mash. My mum's English and my father's Swedish.
Rebecca: (on doing the red carpet for the movie Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation) It's surreal. It's surreal. It is uncomfortable and strangely intoxicating... and just odd. I haven't done many. I'm on a learning curve.
Rebecca: (on doing her fight stunts in the Mission Impossible movie) I've never fought. I know I can kick ass but that's just because I think I'm cool! I've studied dancing but not professionally.
Rebecca: I'm insecure and I question myself every time I do a scene.
Rebecca: Since I've become a mum I have become a problem-solver.
Rebecca: (on the star was in TV in a soap opera) I felt hidden, weirdly enough; it's a paradox.
