When Regan was at his junior year at Radford University in Virgina, he left behind his gymnastics scholarship for the life of a thespian. When he graduated with a theatre degree, Burns went to The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, where he once said, "California is the place I want to be," and this is were he is now.

    Regan appeared in over dozens of commericals and won some awards while on his road of acting. hide show

    Regan is great, hes a very funny guy and hes so good, he appeared in several shows like Malcom in the Middle and Halfway Home. hes a very talented actor, and has been awarded for his acting. He has been in millions of T.V. commercials and stuff like that. He usually appears in sitcoms and comedy, which are some of my favorite topics of shows. He rarly appears in drama shows, but he is one hell of an actor. I give him two thumbs up, hes awesome, and funny too. Althought I wish to see some of his old apperances in commercials, maybe one day...

    He's amazing! hide show

    I first noticed Regan in an Arby's commercial spoof on Jeopardy. His character was absolutely hilarious and quoting it has become a regular favorite in my house. He has since been in a few others, and his performances are incredibly entertaining. I would love to see this man in his own sitcom - he has great talent!
