She was born on December 12, 1970 in Washington, Disctrict of Columbia. Regina begin her career on the soap opera Loving and several television show appearances. Regina then went on to leave a lasting impression on viewers as Candy in the movie "The Best Man".

Regina then gained more recognition when she joined on board the "Scary Movie" trilogy... Who could forget her theater scene in the first movie?
