Rica Matsumoto is a Japanese seiyuu(voice actress) and talented J-Pop artist. She got her start in entertainment doing stage performances, and has since moved on to voice acting and singing. Her debut as a seiyuu was playing the character Chyoromatsu in the anime
Little Osomatsu. One of her most known roles in anime is her voice work as Satoshi on
Pocket Monsters; better known in America as Ash Ketchum on
Pokémon.
