He played many roles from 1973 to 1998. Probably his most popular roles are Mayor Sam Booth from Murder She Wrote and Mr. Stowbridge on Full House. Movie Buffs may remember him playing Jerry Fallwell in the movie "The People vs. Larry Flint" from 1996.
