Living in Australia, I have only just been able to view the episode of L&O:SVU that Richard Thomas guest starred in as a mentally ill serial murderer. I have been a fan of Richard Thomas' for many years, since I was a kid and watching The Waltons as well as many of his other TV and movie appearances, and I have never before seen such a powerful and brilliant performance by an actor. He became the desperately troubled character BRILLIANTLY! I am a big TV and movie fan but not even my favourite contemporary actor, Tom Hanks, could top this performance. Thank you Richard Thomas. You are truly a gifted, talented and skilled man.
