    • Rob was invited to come back for Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains--with Rob representing the Villains. Rob initially was going to decline, but his wife, Amber, convinced him to do the show. She told Rob that everything that they had was due to Survivor
    • Rob and wife Amber, welcomed daughter, Lucia Rose, into the world July 2009.
    • Rob and Amber placed second in the seventh season of The Amazing Race and eight in The Amazing Race--All Stars.
    • During The Amazing Race--All-Stars, Rob and Amber received a letter from Susan and Patrick from the seventh season for their Roadblock. Rob revealed later that he didn't even remember who Susan and Patrick were until they got home and looked it up on the Internet.
    • During both seasons Rob and Amber appeared on The Amazing Race, they won a total of 7 legs--4 in Season 7 and 3 in the All-Stars.
