Robert is American soap opera writer. He started writing in 1988 when he joined the crew of "Santa Barbara" and stayed there until 1992. In 1992, Robert was the Co-Head Writer for "Loving" with Milee Taggart, and in the same year, he wrote for the primetime drama "Melrose Place." In 1994, he worked "Models Inc.," another primetime drama. In 1996, Robert became the Co-Head Writer for "General Hospital," but left soon to work as a sole Head Writer on a new soap, "Sunset Beach." By the end of 1997, Robert left the show and returned to "General Hospital" where he was credited as Head WriterMore 1997-2000. In 2002, he returned to "General Hospital" yet again, and was a Co-Head Writer with Charles Pratt Jr. until 2006 when Charles left and Robert has since been the sole Head Writer. Robert won 6 Daytime Emmys and was nominated 16 times. He also won one Writers Guild Award.
