Robin Givens, in my aspect is a great actress. When she first got her big break on The Cosby Show, she was unsure stay with acting or go to med school. Bill Cosby encouraged her acting but offered to pay for med school if her mind changed. For a year she was married to Mike Tyson, and divorced on Valentines Day. She has now has 2 sons. She guest starred in other shows including Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Moesha, etc. She also had a lead in Head oF State. Not only is she a great actress, but she can sing very well and dance! Recently she made her Broadway Debut in the musical Chicago as Roxie Hart from January- April 16. She is great on stage, I just recently saw her perform in Chicago. She is really beautiful.
I watched Robin Givens on Oprah the other day... and I have to say "Way to go Robin...I'm 21 and have never been in an abusive relationship...nevertheless I believe you are an inpiration to women the world over...even here in India."I haven't watched many of your movies save a couple of clips here and there..but I'll bet your a great actress...one things for sure..you are one brave lady..I don't know you.. but I'm happy for you.."
