I watched Rocky growing up in San Jose, CA. I watched him on KTVU channel 2 in San Francisco with gordon Sully announcing. I loved the Boston Crab, and everytime he came in the ring, he would fly over the top rope. Luv You Rocky
I feel he was one of the best, going against Pat patterson, Ray Stevens, Mr. Fuji and Mr. Saito. Very talented and made wrestling exciting to watch. He never fought the Armstrongs or others, but was very great. The Great Mephisto was a great challenge, but he got beat if my memory serves correct. Miss Wrestling was very riske in her time, but wow, she was awesome. I enjoyed wrestling then with Rocky Johnson, just wish it was cleaner(language and dress) now.
