Though he's typecast a lot, as "Mexican guy" and sometimes "thugy Latino guy," Rolando Molina is a talented and underrated actor. One only needs to look at his performances in Crazy/Beautiful and his brief apperance in Primary Colors to see that he can be outside the mold.
He's one of my favorite actors, that I've gone out of my way to see movies and TV shows that he is in, even if it's only for one or two scenes, and even if it's a bad movie (i.e. "Grind").
Most recently, he was in the pilot for the new TNT Drama Wanted, playing thugy Latino guy #2. But he had a nice long scene, which was a change of pace.
