Ruth Marie Milliman

She graduated from T.L. Hanna High School in Anderson, South Carolina.

In 2003, she participated in the Marathon Des Sables, a seven day, 152-mile race.

She is an active member of the PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) for Greenville High School.

She is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

She is a member of the Greenville High Booster Club.

She was head coach for the Greenville Track Club Junior Olympic Youth Program for four years.

She has two children, Anna and Max.

In 1981, she was appointed First Female Narcotics agent with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Agency.

In 2001, she was awarded the YWCA Women in Sports Award.

She attended the South Carolina Police Academy.

She was a flight attendant for Eastern Airlines.

She attended the Miss South Carolina Pageant, and was voted Miss Photogenic by the press.

In 1979, she was crowned Miss Cayce West Columbia (South Carolina).

In 1978, she was crowned as the South Carolina Watermelon Queen.

In 1979, she was head cheerleader for the cheerleading squad in college.

She worked as a page for the South Carolina House of Representatives.

She attended the University of South Carolina.

In 1975, she was crowned Miss Teenage Greenville and participated in Miss Teenage America.

She graduated from T.L. Hanna High School in Anderson, South Carolina.
