Ryan Buell




Ryan Buell was born Corry, Pennsylvania, but was raised in Sumter, South Carolina by his mother, Shelly. Ryan's father, Tim, is a state police officer in Pennsylvania.

A participater in many school activities, Buell was the editor of his school paper, was on the debate team, and was involved in his school's theatre program. He even created and produced a daily morning news program for his high school.

After high school, Buell attended Penn State University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Journalism in 2006. In 2001 at the age of 19, he formed the prestigious Paranormal Research Society (PRS). PRS has gotten so much attention that it has recently gotten its own television program airing on the A&E Network called Paranormal State. Buell is a consulting producer for the production company that produces the show, Go Go Luckey Productions.

Currently (as of 2008) Buell has re-enrolled at Penn State to pursue a degree in Anthropology, and even has plans for graduate school after that. He has just finished writing his first novel. He is even trying to develop another paranormal-related show, this one a scripted drama.
