I'm not a Sonic fan, what so ever. But I have cousins who like Sonic and they sometimes would make me play the games. I think Drummond was a good actor. He had emotion and stuff like that in his character. I, myself, am not showing much character in this review because, as I said, I don't like the Sonic series very much.

Back to topic, some annoying lines came across in the job "The real super power of teamwork", but that was really pretty much it. Well, he didn't write the script for the games so that's not really his fault. That's all I really have to say

Ryan Drummond is a man of sheer talent. Not only has he given the best portrayal of Sonic the Hedgehog out of every one of the hero's VA's, (save for Jaleel White, just because Drummond wouldn't fit in White's era, and because White did a great job, too), but because he's always managed to give convincing, properly emotional, and perfectly silly performances in even his smallest of roles. From a goofy mime to a hyperactive Padres fan, from advertising casinos and organic foods to singing and dancing like a pro, (on and off-camera), Ryan Drummond is an acting gift to the world: a man who clearly loves what he does, and makes us love him for it.

I think Ryan Drummond does the best Neo Sonic voice ever! He sounds exactly like a realistic version of Jaleel White's Sonic voice. I think he really deserved to do Sonic's voice in 'Sonic X'! He's way better then Jason Griffith! Jason Griffith makes Sonic sound too deep, manly and he doesn't give Sonic the right tones. I hate that Jason Griffith is now doing Sonic in the newer games because Ryan Drummond does a way better Sonic voice. I really hope he gets Sonic's role in the games back because I can't stand Jason Griffith's Sonic voice. I also hope that one day there will be an uncut version of 'Sonic X' where Ryan Drummond gets to voice Sonic and all the other cast have their original voices (aside from Eggman's sinse his original voice actor is dead now).

Ryan drummond is an incredible voice actor. He gave emotion and feeling to sonic the hedgehog...jason griffith just doesnt live up to that. Sonic adventure 2 was the best sonic game ever! If you look on his website he does an awasome job with his voice talents. And has many other talents too. Ryan you with always be sonics voice in my heart.

Ryan Drummond was the best voice actor for Sonic ever, in the history of all Sonic games, Ryan Drummond was the best person to do Sonic's voice. But he was replaced by Jason Griffith who doesn't do as good as him. I really wish that Ryan Drummond and the other video game voice actors for Sonic would return. Me along with other people have sent letters to SEGA Sonic Team about the return of the original voice actors, but they haven't replied or done anything about it yet. Ryan Drummond is Sonic's TRUE voice actor, he had a more energetic tone and his youthful voice was attracted by many fans.

Ryan Drummond should not have been fired from his role as Sonic the Hedgehog. What makes it worse is that he didn't recieve any notification for it. That is a total rip. Jason Griffith doesn't deserve the role as much as Ryan Drummond. He puts a great deal of youthful enthusiasm into Sonic's voice. Jason Griffith is seriously lacking in that category. Ryan Drummond's voice made me believe no other voice can take his place (at least not for years to come). His voice gave the Sonic games even more quality. I have signed several petitions to give the role of Sonic the Hedgehog back to him, and I am also in favor of fans boycotting the Sonic games unless Ryan Drummond returns. He is the true Sonic voice.

He is by far the best Sonic voice actor ever! I mean, he provides Sonic's voice in the best way possible, especially in Sonic Heroes and Sonic Adventures 1 + 2. It sounds so right for him. I have a question. Why did they fire him? He was flipping brilliant! Jason Griffith is not very good at doing Sonic at all, and he can't hold a candle to this man! He's also better than Jaleel White. He also did Metal Sonic in Sonic Heroes and provided the voice really well.

I suggest that Sonic Team rehire him and all the other older voice actors, because they were truly the best of the best!

Ryan Drummond is the best voice actor for Sonic the Hedgehog! I wish he wasn't replaced. He always made Sonic sound confident and brave with an easy going attitude, the way Sonic should be portrayed. The fact that he was the first one to give the video game Sonic a voice may also be another reason I think highly of his Sonic voice acting.
He actually made Sonic sound cool.
He also sounds better than the "Sonic from Sonic the Hedgehog" and "The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog".
Personally, I would not have replaced him if I could have it my way.

This person is the orignal Sonic the Hedgehog from the games of today and was unfairly dropped due to Sega's stupid continueity reasons when they hired 4Kids' untalented voice actors (except for Mike Pollock, he's great). This guy was devoted to doing Sonic, especially when Sonic X was coming to the US, He WANTED to do the voice of Sonic on Sonic X yet that horrible dubbing company rejected him just because he did not live in New York, and Ryan even offered to move there so he could do Sonic's voice for the fans, and yet 4Kids who doesn't seem to really care to much about the fans at all hired Jason Griffith over him. Jason Griffith is the worst male voice actor I have heard from the company, he just doesn't sound as cool as Ryan does and if the fans have anything to say about it, Ryan will return once again.

Ryan drummond once voiced sonic the hedgehog,but was fired by SEGA.He was a great voice-actor for sonic.I feel sory for him being fired.But jason anthony griffith does a good job filling his shoes as sonic.I hope ryan will return to voice sonic in the future.He and jason are the only voices sonic has.
