Sakiko's nickname is "Sakkochan".
The first people that Sakiko first gave Valentine's chocolates to was her father and younger brother. Since they kept the chocolates in the house, Sakiko would eat them herself until both her father and brother just gave her the chocolates back for her own enjoyment.
Sakiko once invited her fellow "Tokyo Police-Woman Duo" member and good friend Akiko Hiramatsu over to her house one night where they spent the entire night drinking and talking.
Sakiko once had her own radio show called "Nepia Sound Walk". This show was cancelled and no longer airs.
Sakiko sang the second ending theme song, "Kanzen mukei no ojou-sama", on the anime, Genji Tsuushin Agedama.
On the 3 track CD drama, Lullaby Agetai, Sakiko plays the voice of Cocoa. This character along with all of the other characters in this drama contains a name that is a either a brand or type of drink.
Sakiko, along with Chisa Yokoyama and Naoko Matsui, performed the second ending theme song on the 38 episode anime, Knights of Ramune & 40. The song is called "Shiawase ni Naruden na" and ends episodes #29-38.
Sakiko has appeared in over 42 CDs that were not her own. She either sang or had a speaking part in them.
In Sakiko's seiyuu group, "T.P.D.", she and Akiko Hiramatsu released their first single "Go! Go! Patrol - Kimi no Heart wo Taiho Suru" on December 17, 1994.
With her seiyuu group, "Hummingbird", Sakiko and the other members released their first album together on July 14, 1993, entitled "Hummingbird First Flight". This album contains 7 tracks and is the first soundtrack to the anime Idol Boueitai Hummingbird.
Sakiko made her debut as a seiyuu voicing the character, Madonna, on the anime, Fuusen no Doratarou.
Sakiko voiced the character, Rouge, on the CD drama, Soreyuke! Uchuusenkan Yamamoto Yohko, as well as Queen Shiruru on another CD drama, Star Pinky Q.
Sakiko has participated in many events such as the "Starchild Anime Festival 93" in Nagoya, Japan on August 17, 1993; the "Hummingbird Summer '94 Event" in Tokyo, Japan on May 15, 1994; and the "Houma Hunter Lime" in Osaka, Japan on July 14, 1996, as well as many others.
Sakiko has voiced a few characters in Japanese video games including her role as Minokichi in Shin Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams, Francis in the PlayStation game, Space Griffon VF-9, and both the Great Earth Dragon, Ursula, and Fairy Queen Media in the PlayStation game Popolo Crois Monogatari II.
Sakiko teamed up with fellow seiyuu Akiko Hiramatsu and formed the seiyuu group, "The Tokyo Police-Woman Duo" or "T.P.D.". They both voiced characters in the anime, Taiho Shichauzo.
Sakiko was apart of a 5 person seiyuu group called "Hummingbird". This group also included Kotono Mitsuishi, Hekiru Shiina, Yuri Amano, and Fumie Kusachi. They are all voice actresses in the anime, Idol Boueitai Hummingbird. The group eventually broke up after 3 years together.
Sakiko is employed under the talent agency, Sigma Seven.
