Sasha Alexander

Sasha Alexander: I still feel like I have a lot of growing up to do 'til I find the voice. Everybody has their own voice and their own thing they want to say to the world.

Sasha Alexander: (about dating a co-star) That is so impossible! (laughs) Um, sure, you know what, if you're off on some tropical island shooting a movie and you're gonna be done with that forever, maybe. But when you're on a television series you could potentially be on for years, it's the absolute worst idea. I mean, I think my co-stars are hot... but you know that would be the most ridiculous thing ever. It's just a really bad idea. We tease Michael about his past endeavors, too. Because it's just a bad idea.

Sasha Alexander: I believe life takes us where we need to be.

Sasha Alexander: I'm not going to rush into another show unless it's really something I feel special about, like really attracted to.

Sasha Alexander: I think we find a little bit of ourselves in every role we do.

Sasha Alexander: We're often attracted to people who are opposite ourselves because they have qualities we want and vice versa.

Sacha Alexander: I just don't want to end up on something that bores the hell out of me. Otherwise I'll fake a knee injury and get out of there.

Sasha Alexander: (when asked about her personal life) Yeah. I mean, gosh, personal life, please. Mark (Harmon) is married, but Michael and I just laugh. There are points where we were like, 'Oh my God, we have no life.' But then you learn to adjust around that and you learn to make it work, and hopefully we'll meet somebody who's supportive enough and who gets it.

Sasha Alexander: (about her typical day when filming NCIS) Well, yesterday was Monday and I started my day at 4:30 in the morning. I had to be at work at 5:30 a.m., and I got home at midnight. But that's not typical. That was a brutal day. Today I started at 10 a.m., and I'll be here till about midnight.

Sasha Alexander: (on her character on NCIS) The only lart that I think is like Kate is some of the banter that I do with Mark and Michael. I think I have a sense of humor, but I can tend to have a dry sensibility, and I'll come back with quick things, so a lot of that banter that happens between us, I don't think that fast, but that kind of sense of humor is the only thing I share with her. Other than that, I don't know. I like her wardrobe.

Sasha Alexander: (on the pop group 'Everything Nice') We were like five Britney Spearses.

Sasha Alexander: (...) But the biggest thing out of it all is that I always say if you've seen good acting on television, those actors are really good. Because there's just not enough time. You don't have any preparation.

Sasha Alexander: Actually my parents wanted me to go to law school. I actually wanted to be an exotic dancer, but that didn't work out so I thought I'd take on acting.

Sasha Alexander: I went to film school at USC for directing and I graduated wanting to make movies. I acted when I was younger, mostly stage, but when I got to college I really wanted to expand my knowledge of filmmaking and I just loved movies.

Sasha Alexander: I love to go out. I love the outdoors. I love outdoor sports. I'm a big traveler.

Sasha Alexander: (responding to her fans in regards to the shocking season finale of NCIS) I am happy that people have responded to Kate and like her as much as I do. I am not allowed to comment on the season finale of NCIS at this time but will do so as soon as I can. Thank you all for watching and supporting me always.
