Scott Patterson

Scott has such amazing acting ability. He has this incredible ability to portray so much without saying anything his facial expressions are so expressive. Plus, he had the most extraordinary chemistry with Lauren Graham on "Gilmore Girls." They were the best couple ever on TV! You could tell how much he loved portraying the character of Luke Danes on "Gilmore Girl." In my opinion, he was the best character on the show. For me, he even topped Lauren Graham on the show in acting ability and likability. Of course, Luke and Lorelai on "Gilmore Girls" were unstoppable together.



I would love to see Scott Patterson in a "Gilmore Girls" movie or miniseries, then I would love to see him in role on TV which would take advantage of his acting strengths. "Aliens in America" was not the kind of show he should have been in after "Gilmore Girls." He needs another deep character like Luke Danes, but a little different.

A reliable supporting player specializing in slightly gritty and rough-cut characterizations. He WAS GREAT on Gilmore Girls. Just knowing that him and Loralie had a thing for each other but didnt act on it for several seasons ...........made things intense. This guy has a dry sense of humor,quick wit, and handsome to boot. He will go on to do great things. Please check this guy out on Gimore Girls he plays a great part. You will love when he can look so great gritty and cleans up and looks twice as nice!!!! Does anyone know who hes dating? Wink Wink Wink.

I think that Scott Patterson is a great actor evan though I have not seen him in that meny things. I have been a huge fan of the show Gilmore Girls since the day it aird on tv and thought that they could not have choosen a better actor to play the role of Luke Danies. Scott Patterson did a wonderful job with his potrailal of his character. I also loved how he played his character in his breif appeareance in the show Will and Grace evan though I really did not like the character. I cant wait to see him in saw IV and in Aliens in America and hopoe he keeps doing more movies.

Scott Patterson played Luke Danes (a sometimes grumpy but very sweet diner owner that everyone fell in love with). Scott did a very very very good job with his role. He was sarcastic alot and made alot of really funny comments and i think that is what made him so loveable. He did an excellent job with his role and he is definatly someone that you could look up too. Definatly one of my favorite actors!

Scott is an excellent actor. In season 6, and into season 7, on the show Gilmore Girls, he hasn't been seen as much, and when he is, it's for a brief amount of time. He plays Luke Danes, and he can play his characters well. He just needs to be in more things, because only the people who have watched Gilmore Girls, may or may not know who he is. Scott Patterson needs more attention. He's a truly wonderful actor, and I would watch whatever he's in.

I think Scott Patterson has so much talent. I loved how grumpy he was in the first 4 seasons and then how he was able to be tender in season 5. I went out and bought Little Big League just so I could see him. I was worth the purchase!!!!!!!!!! He looks awesome in it. I don\'t think he gets the attention he deserves!!!!!! Long live Lorelai and Luke!!!

I think Lorelia and Luke should get married. It\'s like they were meant to be together. They have always seem to have some kind of a connection.

Luke having a daughter has kind of thrown me. It\'s ashame that he doesn\'t let Lorelia be more part of her life (or the little girls mother either). Lorelia is great with kids.

He has almost been like a dad to Rory. If Lorelia does tell end up pregnant that is probably going to be a bit much for Luke.

He plays the handsome diner owner on my favorite show. He was a newcommer and wasnt even going to be a regular. Now he is the main characters major love interest. He is also the guy everyone loves and wants to see her married to. He is the sweet guy who would do anything for her and bend over backwards to make her happy. I also think Scott is great because he is a baseball star one minute and then on a awesome TV show the next. How multitalented is he? That is amazing to me. I hope to see him in a lot more.

I think Scott Patterson is a pretty good actor..no wait...he's a GREAT actor. He is amazing on Gilmore Girls as Luke and Luke is and always has been there for Lorelai, rather she think she needed him or not. Luke has not been there so much for her in season 6 but for seasons 1 through 5 he was.



Luke is thinking too much about himself at the moment with the whole April thing. Hopefully he'll wake up, smell a rose, maybe even drink a cup of coffee, and see if he does not act soon, he'll lose Lorelai.



Scott Patterson and Lauren Graham are great together on Gilmore Girls and I hope they stay that way until the end of the show.

I love Scott Patterson. He is a great actor but isn't really recognised. I love him on Gilmore Girls. Luke is a great charcter, one of the best. The show would be really wierd without Luke. They should show Luke playing baseball because we all know how great Scott is at it. Meeting him would be great. He is apparently a really ladies man (I can see why. Sexy). My friends would kill me for saying that butthat is what I think.

I love Scott. He is a true treasure to the show and am so glad that they put he and Lorelai together for the last few seasons, and all the others to come, because now he gets much more screen time which is what all as old school Luke fans have been craving. He has this on screen prescence that immediately makes you love him and no one has ever made flannel look so fine!

lukes a nice guy who happens to own the best diner in town... he has a THANG 4 lorelai!!! he slowly waits and waits and waits again... every1 who loves the show knows he wants her she wants him but hey they some time get some sparks and then there just their selve again... u can tell that they do it to the watchers on purpse keep it interesting... i was super happy when luke and lorelai got to gether and then it sucked when the broke up and then it was good tat the got back to gether but then outta the BLUE lorelia asks "luke will you marry me?" and luke says "what???" stundded and then it cuts off at the end of season 5 so watch season 6 to find out wat happens...



scott seems like a nice guy whos had a GREAT life... and hes cute sorta... lorelai and him if they act like they do on tv should be the talk of the world if they were 2 gether... lol i think any gurl would love a luke danes...

I want my own Luke! My own Scott Patterson wouldn't be so bad either.



He seems pretty dry, and has a small grin on his face, most of the time on set. Some people (extras) think he's grumpy or a jerk. I think he's just concentrating and staying in character. (Luke's not know for being the bubbly type.)



He's looking especially good this season. Like I said, I want my own.

LOVE Scott Patterson. The main reason to watch Gilmore Girls, in my opinion! He has come so far from being the grumpy diner guy, to being one of the stars of the show, and to watch him, and Lauren Graham together is electric! They are perfect together! Hope the show lasts at least till season 7.

When I saw him in the pilot of Gilmore Girls, I pretty much had to hold my mouth closed to keep from drooling. He\'s a beautiful man playing beautiful characters. Even in his guest appearance on Seinfeld, when he was deemed spongeworthy by Elaine, he played well. Hotness incarnate. Lemme tell ya. So far I\'ve only seen him in one movie \"Little Big Leauge\". He may have played a jerk, but he did it lookin\' oh-so-good! A 10 on any scale.

He's such a sexy man and a great actor.. He deserves more role's in movies or at least an Emmy..



He's a great actor.. after those 5 years of Gilmore Girls he finally made it to the guy she loves.. And well I really think he does a great job..

I never thought a guy so perfect could exist.As far as looks are concerned,SP is 1,000,000% my idea of a man,specially the perfect bone-structure of his face and hands.He looks just as good in his Gilmore Girls "gear" as he would in a suit.Not everyone can look good in everything.His voice is something I would never get tired of listening to.Yup,perfect is the word.



As for talent:are people in the movie business blind?!?!Why aren't they using him in films?He would be great in a cop film "spiced" with a little romantic flavor.Romantic comedy is also a category he can be considered for.He can be a convincing actor when he has to play serious,angry,and all the other unfunny emotions;and he also has great mimicks for comedy.What are all you casting people doing?!?!?!AAARGH!!!

I beleive Scott Patterson to be an amazing actor. I find it fasinating that he was and athlete until he was twenty eight. I am very glad he decided to partake in showbusiness. Watching Gilmore Girls has always been fun because the chemistry between Lauren Graham and Scott Patterson is something that draws you back for more. For years people waited for them to get together and they always came so close but never quite made it. Scott Patterson is doing a great job in his part as a somewhat grumpy diner owner, I think that Luke and Lorelai being together makes Luke a happier person. I really hope they stay together whatever disaster strikes. I also loved Scott Patterson in Will and Grace, he played a more shallow down to earth guy but it was very funny. He really played with the role. No matter what role he plays he is always the best person to play it.
