Ted Allen challenges Adrianne Calvo, Wayne Cafariella, Lish Steiling and Kayne Raymond to create a three-course meal by using broccoflower, cranberry juice, madeleines, sea urchin for the Appetizer round; canned mandarin oranges, red pearl onions, chicken thighs and pork hock for the Entrée round; and gingerbread cookie dough, goat cheese, garam masala and strawberry syrup for the Dessert round. Judges are Marc Murphy, Amanda Freitag and Seamus Mullen.
