He is probably best known for his role as James Bond. But Sean Connery has starred in many movies. Sean is also a very versatile actor, cause he has played so many roles. And every roll he has ever played, he nailed. I'm a big fan of him and own several movies in which he has plays and every time I'm still amazed at how he can portray a role; any roll. So yep, I do simply belief that Sean Connery is one of the all time greatest actors. I hope he continues to makes movies for a long, long time.
One of the best actors. He has appear in a lot of movies, from the 60's to right now. He is famous for playing James Bond in one of the best movies of the series, and has appear in a lot of great movies, such as the Last Cruase, THe Longest Day, the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, and he is simply one of the best actors of our times.
Sean Connery was/is an extraordinary actor and brings realism to his roles like no other. From his James Bond movies to his more recent appearances in "The Rock" and "Entrapment," Connery has proven that he can adapt with the times and his career has always stayed on the same steady path of greatness.
By some twist of fate, Sean Connery has always been on the top of moviegoer lists as one of the best actors. Maybe it was the popular Bond series that made him a classic Casanova but where ever it is I can’t stand him.
I dislike him – I don’t really have a good reason why but I will say this – he is one hell of an actor. He conveys feeling, emotion and in total seems to pour his soul into a part. I suppose I’ve been dealing with the mediocre for so long I don’t appreciate good acting. But I love the glitz and lights and flashes of Hollywood missing in so many Connery pegged films. One thing I like however is the amount of parodies floating about with Connery and his slurred accent.
He is by far one of the best. he is sauve, charming and above all extreamly enigmatic. his accent alone potrayes a man of influence. I love the arogance and air of superiority he posses. In all his movies he seams totaly in control of the situation, and very confident. The way he moves, talkes and acts all speak of a man in total possesion of his talents. When I think ofd him I see him as the old and in charge man. Not the james bond he once was. this is probably because that was before my I was born.
There is little that I can say about one of the most talented and famous actors of all-time.
I will say this, however; Sean Connery IS James Bond...he built the franchise, and while I commend Lazenby, Moore, Dalton, and Brosnan (they all, in my opinion, were excellent in their roles as the British secret agent), the name 'James Bond' always resonates the image of Connery in my mind. His style, his wit, and his class were never duplicated (no matter how hard others tried).
When I began collecting the Bond DVD's, the first one's I bought were all of the Connery's...ha, and at the time, they were $40 each...so since things have changed (they're closer to $20 now...if you can FIND them), there's no reasons why anyone should be denied the pleasure of enjoying the spectacle that is Sean Connery in his most famous role.
He is one the best actors around today. He did an excellent job doing 007 James Bond. He was the first ever person to do the legendary movie. His job on the first few Bond films were amazing he even reprised his role of James Bond in Never Say Never Again.
best james bond of all. he should have done more then 6, but what ever eh? this guy is totally awesome and should direct or help produce some of the new james bond movies, everyone loves him. i haven't met one person who said they don't like sean connery. amazing bond and should be in tons more movies
