Fantastic in Carlito's way, a blast in 21 Grams. Though to be honest, there isn't much else I can remember. Well sure there is that Vietnam movie with Michael J. Foxx, but that wasn't all that was it?
Sean Penn is a true actor. He may be stand-offish, but he is a fantastic actor. You really believe that he got into acting because he loves it for what it is. You'll never see him in any tabloids and you won't hear any gossip about him. In his roles, you sense more realism than many other actor's who are considered more talented than he. Of all of his roles in all of his movies, my favorite has to be "21 Grams."
Quite a good actor and director that does not get mention very much, but is worth the mentioning. I think that he is something of an actor and he has appeared in good (but not the best) movies, he is a good actor and quite good actually.
