She has a very unique voice. She kinda reminds me of Kate Bush. I mean, the two sound nothing alike, but they both have very unique and beautiful voices with breathtaking music.
If you've never heard of Kate Bush, she's an excellent singer from England. Look her up. She's great. She really is, and you'll see what I mean when I say her voice is unique, like Shakira's is, but different from Shakira's.

No matter what she sings she ALWAYS sounds the same. She's a good singer and as you said has a unique voice

I think that she is so cool, I practically hear all of her albums, and she is so hot too...

Shakira and Kate Bush do have a lot in common with thir voices. Although they have very different voices, they are both very unique and so beautiful!
