Sharon was performing at age 5 on stage in the Seattle area with professional acts.

Sharon played Big Daddy in a sea monster costume on "Sigmond and the Sea Monsters." In the episode "Ghoul School Day's" she appears out of costume as the woman in the phone booth.
On the "New Zoo Revue" Sharon was involved in a cult classic outtake. In her Freddy the Frog costume she cursed and made homophobic comments about Charlie the owl. It was done for humor and the cast seemed to love it.
Sharon became interested in acting after her brother Jimmy Baird guest-starred on many TV shows including "Mod Squad" "Rawhide" "Make Room for Daddy" and dozens of other shows.
Sharon worked with comedian Gallagher for a time as propmaster and would often appear on stage.
Sharon is 4'9". Her height kept her from having a bigger role in "The Mickey Mouse Club" in the second and third seasons.
