Shirley Henderson is an amazing actress. She really acts with her whole body. She is a tiny little person with so much presence and charisma it is really very impressive. She definitely does not get the press she deserves a least in the States, maybe its better in brittain I don't know. People, people who watch Brittish movies, always seem to recognize her and then not know who she is, which is a same since she is great and should get more parts. I highly recommend anything she is in both on tv and in the movies. Hamish Macbeth is a good choice is you like quite shows and she's in the best version of Taming of the Shrew that I have every seen! Sadly I have not been able to find it since I got it the first time. I believe it to be a made for tv movie on the BBC. I suggest you try to track it down.
