Simon Pegg is simply one of the best comedic actor out there. He is just completely believable no matter how ridiculous the situation. Simon has a great presence and is rather innately likable. I make a point to watch anything he is in because I know it will be high quality. He often works with Nick Frost and they really make a fantastic pair, but Simon is just as funny in his solo efforts. I would definitely recommend that you do the same. Simon will be playing Scotty in the new Star Trek movie and I can't wait to see his interpretation. It should be fantastic.

Simon Pegg is a very good actor. He's hilarious, and he seems to do it very well. He played the main character in Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and Run, Fat Boy, Run. Three brilliant films. He is simply brilliant and one of my favourite actors.

What is there about Simon Pegg that makes him so hilarious, everything he does makes you hold your sides laughing. He's average looking, he's a bit of a balding ginger, and yet he remains one of the all time funniest people ever. He's making more and more films now since the success of Shaun of the Dead, and his most recent film Run Fat Boy Run is directed by Ross from friends, (AKA David Schwimmer) Simon's TV roles have been diverse from Spaced to Dr Who, From the small screen to the Big screen, he is gonna be around for some time to come providing the laughs.
  • Simon Pegg is the most hilarious man in the UK.

Simon Pegg (born February 14, 1970) is a British stand-up comedian, writer and film and television actor. He first came to my attention with his small parts in British television working alongside Steve Coogan. When Spaced was released on DVD I watched the first series in one go something i would suggest others do, it can become very emersive. The creativity and fresh new talent found in the series Spaced is for me still as fresh as ever. The classic formular that made Spaced so original can also be found in the recent films Shaun of the Dead & Hot Fuzz. He is the un-sung hero of British comedy talent and for this I salute you Mr Pegg.

He has to be one of the greatest British actors ever. He is very cool, I have seen him in the movies Land of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and Shaun of the Dead, and he is awesome. His best style is as comedian, and I must say that I really enjoy everything he has done. He is a terrific actor and I must say that I enjoy watching a lot of his good work. He is awesome.

Spaced is one of my favoutite TV comedies. Shaun of the Dead is one of my favourite film comedies. What links these two outstanding achievments? Simon Pegg, writer, actor, legend.

I have written elsewhere about my love of Spaced, a groundbreaking sitcom in it\'s content and conception. On the outside it keeps to a familair formula ... the main characters, an \'odd couple\' share a flat and they have wacky neighbours and friends to add comedy. However, Spaced is different. Simon Pegg co-writes with the outstanding Jessica Stevenson, and the two are both self-confessed film and TV geeks (much like yours truely, although I would not use the term \'geek\' when \'enthusiast\' fits the mould). The result of their love of pop culture is Spaced, with is full of parodies, pastiche and loving mockery of such diverse subject matter as Dawn of the Dead, The Matrix, One Flew Over The Cuckoo\'s nest and Robot Wars. Pegg provides the powerhouse performance, starring as a struggling artist who works in a comic book store (owned by Bilbo, played by the extraordinary Bill Bailey). His character is a directionless twenty-somthing, still very in touch with his inner child, who is coming out of a long term relationship. As the characters are so real, it is odd to have them put in situations which border on the improbable and impossible, whilst they are also working through mundane, everyday situations, such as signing on or working a 9 to 5. However, Pegg\'s superb writing draws the viewer into a willing suspension of disbelief, whilst still allowing them to notice the film and TV references which are present in abundance. I urge you to go and buy the DVD, watch, watch again and plead with channel 4 to allow another series.
