Inspector Kiera Cameron finds herself in the year 2012 after a group of terrorists attempt to escape execution by travelling back in time. Keira must now stop the terrorists' reign of violence, and find a way back to her family, in 2077. Adopting a new identity, Keira joins the VPD and befriends 17 year old Alec Sadler, who will one day come to create the technology her world is built on.

Kate doesn't stay fired for long when she returns to work and immediately mediates a case between a former employee and corporation whose working conditions might be the reason for the man's cancer. Reed & Reed's finances are on shaky ground and Kate and Justin's relationship is up in the air.

Two Leviathans take on the form of Sam and Dean and frame them for a series of murders. While the brothers take refuge with a surveillance expert, Bobby tries to figure out how to kill the Leviathans and clear the Winchester brothers' names.
