Stephanie: (on the best advice her mother gave her) She encouraged me to go to NYU. I wasn't sure about it, but she knew it would be the right place for me. She told me so, and I listened. Turned out she was right; it was the best move I ever made.

Stephanie: (on her long distance romance with boyfriend Jason) The hardest thing is that we have to do a lot of back and forth traveling. We have been seeing each other on weekends and even though it's only a two hour trip, schlepping back and forth can get tiring, especially since we both work. The rest of the week having to just talk to each other on the phone, I always wish that he were there or I were here so that we could just see each other whenever we want to and it's hard not to be able to.
Stephanie: (about working on soaps) It is like an actor's dream. It's relatively steady work, which you can't usually find, and it's a good place to develop your craft because you have to do things so fast. It's like acting boot camp. It's great, and there's sort of a regular schedule to it. It's not like films, where you're working crazy hours.
Stephanie: I am not kidding when I say that I want to go everywhere in the whole wide world. I have so many places that I need to see, and I want to see all of every continent. I really want to do less of the typical tourist-y stuff. I'd love to do some adventure travel; hike in crazy parts of the world that are beautiful, and be amazed.
