Wrestlers are always feuding with one another. One of the most notorious feuds for Sting was with Ric Flair. It began after Sting and Flair wrestled to a draw at the 1988 Clash of the Champions. Neither wrestler won, they ran over the time limit allowed for the match and the referee called it.
