Steven Wishnoff is an EMMY ® nominated producer, a singer, an entertainer and yes, an actor living in New York City.
He has appeared in every major piano bar/cabaret venue in NYC as well as Film, Television, & Stage Projects. His wild antics behind a piano lead him to tour in the Netherlands and in Norway where his somewhat twisted "Abba Power Mix" thrilled crowds nightly.
In 1998, (during his 5 year stint as prisoner Tony Masters 98M922 on Tom Fontana's OZ - HBO), Steven set his sights on the rapidly emerging new media arena and began a full time career as a producer of interactive content at Nick at Nite & TV Land. His love of television culture made this a natural fit. His encyclopedic knowledge of television pop culture lead him through hundreds of TV celebrity interviews, the creation of original franchises, short form programming and promos for both on-air and online.
The later half of 2004 has brought Steven to yet another new place, that of series creator and writer of Homestead, a one hour drama set in a small town struggling to maintain its identity in a changing world. The project was originally created for the only actor Steven ever wrote a fan letter to, Patty Duke.
