Unsure of what direction to take in his late teens, Tanc was busy completing an Environmental Science degree, competing in National Cross Country Mountain Bike events and working in the theater. After much soul searching he decided to concentrate on his acting career

Tanc still has an active role in Australian theater as the Artistic Director for Ricochet Working Productions, where in the past he has written, produced, directed and performed in several productions.

Tanc Sade was working in several theater productions in Australia before landing a recurring role on Gilmore Girls in 2004.

Known to be versatile with accents, Tanc often switches flawlessly from one to the next.

Tanc was named Young Emerging Australian Talent.

Tanc has an Environmental Science degree.

Tanc is working on screenplay about the exploitation of migrant farm workers in America.
