Tawny Roberts was born on March 18, 1979 in Dallas, Texas.
Her father was an important bishop of the Mormon church, and that helped Tawny growing up with a strong sense of values and worh ethic.
After attending high school, she studied fashion and design for two years in Utah, then quit and went to Los Angeles. There she met Dayton, a pornstar that introduced her to the adult movie business.
After working for Metro Interactive and appearing in some low budget productions, Tawny met pornstar Jill Kelly: Kelly was starting her own movie
… More studio and was looking for young faces, so she gave Tawny a role in one of her films, alongside veteran porn stars Asia Carrera and Devon.
Tawny then did some movies with low budget companies and, in 2002, signed a 2 year contract with VCA Pictures, not very lucrative. After getting out of this contract, Roberts signed a 2 year deal with Vivid Entertainment, finally earning critical acclaim and positive reviews.
After a stormy relationship with porn star Mary Carey ended in 2006, Tawny moved to new York with her boyfriend and gave birth to her first child.
