Biography:

Winnipeg-born actor Ted Atherton holds numerous film, television and stage credits and is perhaps best known for his leading role as "Pan Philips" in the CBC series "Nothing Too Good For A Cowboy" which garnered him a 2000 Gemini Award nomination for Best Lead Actor in a Continuing Dramatic Role.

Born in 1963, Atherton graduated with honors from the University of Toronto with a bachelor's degree in English, then went on to complete a 3-year Masters in Theatre Arts at the Banff Centre in Calgary, Alberta. His stage credits span over 20 years and multiple genres, from A School for Scandal and multiple Shakespearean plays to The Lion King, in the role of Scar.
