Tem Morrison
The nephew of New Zealand singer Howard Morrison, Tem has a pretty decent singing voice himself as witnessed in his role as Jake "the Muss" Heke in "Once Were Warriors".

Although he began his career singing with his uncle, Morrison decided early on to be an actor and studied acting through NZ's Special Performing Arts Training Scheme (SPATS). He first became a household name in New Zealand playing Sean in "Gloss", but really achieved local fame as heartthrob Dr. Hone Ropata ("You're not in Guatemala anymore") in "Shortland Street", New Zealand's longest-running and

More most successful soap. While playing Dr. Ropata, Morrison also starred in the film "Once Were Warriors", and its subsequent international success gave him leave to head to Hollywood. There he played gradually improving roles in films such as "Speed 2: Cruise Control" and "Six Days, Seven Nights" and most famously as Jango Fett in "Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones".

Tem Morrison has a son by singer Kim Willoughby, James, and a daughter by Maori TV presenter Peata Melbourne. He still returns to New Zealand to star in local films such as "Crooked Earth" and to reprise his Jake the Muss role in "What Becomes of the Broken-Hearted?"
