William Beckett: When I was younger, there were bands that changed my life. When we see our fans and they have homemade shirts on and lyrics written all over them, I feel like the cycle is complete.
William Beckett: (on why he loves touring with Fall Out Boy) We get to play music in front of a lot of people – our fans and people who haven't seen or heard us before. It's a big opportunity to show them what we're all about. It's a special thing, seeing the effect you have on young people. Music was so important to me when I was young – I'm not old, I'm 22. Pete (Wentz) is a grandpa compared to me… and you can print that! I love Pete though… he's my boy.
Mike Carden: (on "Almost Here" and "Santi") In some ways, Almost Here is a bit more of a concise record in the sense that there were two writers and we could only do what we did. [With Santi], it's kind of a whole mentality of five brains are better than two. I guess each song on Santi has its own little pocket.
