Todd is the singer and guitarist for Pilbilly Knights, a country-rock band based in Los Angeles.

Todd had starred as the Cowboy Cop in The Tower Massacre Musical, which turned out to be somewhat of a breakthrough for him.

While doing Gilmore Girls, Todd met Justin Tanner, a play writer who has also written a few episodes of the show. They have since worked together in various productions together, including the plays Zombie Attack! (2004) and Pot Mom (2006), as well as the tv pilot Silver Lake (2004).

Todd likes listening to country music, Willie Nelson being his favourite. He also likes Interpol a lot.

In the future, Todd would like to work with David Lynch, Jim Jarmusch and Quentin Tarantino.

Todd is an avid video game player, and in 1998, he lend his voice to the games Turok 2: Seeds of Evil (1998) and Jane's Combat Simulations: F/A-18 Simulator (1999).

Todd's parents are Dan Lee and Bridget Ellen Lowe.
