    • Tom and John [Schneider] had an appearance in Cincinnati that was cancelled because people thought that The Dukes of Hazzard was racist because of the Confederate flag on the roof of the General Lee.
    • Tom is currently facing driving while intoxicated and reckless driving charges in Ringwood, New Jersey, after hitting traffic cones and nearly colliding with a Ringwood Police car March 22, 2006.
