Forums: Tony Shalhoub Board: Tony Shalhoub F.O.T. member. What's the F.O.T.?!

I read in the Tony Shalhoub trivia section that he's a member of the F.O.T. I've searched the web in vain to find out what exactly the 'F.O.T.' is, but come up with zilch. Could someone please enlighten me (serious answers only please)? Thanks.
